Moving On

Helen bugs Stanley into finally looking for a new house. Stanley, however, wants to rent a mobile home. Helen suggests they look at a home in Cheviot Hills. Meanwhile, we see the head of Cheviot Hills (who is responsible for sales), Jeffrey P. Brookes III, step out of his car. We also see his son, David. David and Jeffrey go into their home. Jeffrey is greeted by his wife Anne, who wants to do something with Jeffrey. Jeffrey tells her that they'll do it later. The Ropers arrive. Jeffrey is shocked by them - their car is overheating and it is a mess! Jeffrey at once dislikes them. He takes them over to see the house. Jeffrey takes Helen up to view the bathroom. Stanley stays in the living room. David enters and tells Stanley that if his dad doesn't like him then he won't sell him the house. Stanley, overjoyed, does everything to try to make Jeffrey dislike him. Jeffrey makes Helen and Stanley leave after Stanley tells him about the wild goingons that will be happening in the apartment (
